Just got pulled on the Chester High Road going towards Heswall in a 40 limit, I overtook a undercover car and a beacon island in the middle of the road at 80, they followed me down to my mates and have told me to take my details down to the <img border="0" alt="[police]" title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions032.gif" /> station within 7 days, Are they likely to give me points if they didn't tell me at the time? <img border="0" alt="  " title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions051.gif" />

yep you will moree than likely be in the clear unless it states on the producer or '7 dayer' that you were excessively speeding, otherwise you will be ok. lucky though mate, what car was it?

they shold have told u on the spot rocco! my dad got caught the other week doin 56mph thru a 40mph zone an he got £60 fine an 3 points!
