M53 junction 4 (I think) bromborough/spital slip road near brackenwood golf course.
South bound Speed limit reduced to 50 then reduced to 30, about 4 police cars on the bridge at this junction with radio's and a policevan parked around the corner. All have walkie-talkies, so BEWARE, you have been warned!
