You have the tower building in the wrong place. Needs to be much further right. Note the first photo of the pier has no promenade entrance as it did later. Entrance was off the ferry pier.
I thought that myself Helles, though it was further up. The Big Dipper woulda been there if I remmeber it right. Well spotted about the promenade entrance

The turning circle for Tommy Mann's narrow gauge railway might have been a bit tight! An interesting photo/makeover but yes, the Tower would have been a bit further "inland".

I think that the chimney, was a clothing factory in Egerton Street. If my memory serves me right, it later became the Pink Elephant night club

Being demolished in the 70's, not by the clothes or funnels, so was it taken when it was being repaired in the 20's?

Wasn't one of the bridges replaced in the 60's after storm damage? Alexandra Screw Towing Co. still had steam tugs on the go then. It looks like one of them at the stage.
