I think that the chimney, was a clothing factory in Egerton Street. If my memory serves me right, it later became the Pink Elephant night club Not so, it is the power station chimney that powered the Tower grounds. Used to be on what became the Tower coach and car park by the Rakers football club. There was one at the Pink Elephant aka Grandmas, aka The Tick Tock restaurant and at one time a laundry and later peanut factory.
