Anywhere on the Wirral that sell really hot chillies? I'm making a curry tomorrow and want it as hot as possible. I've bought scotch bonnets from sainsburys but I've just eaten one and they don't really cut the mustard. Any suggestions?

The International up at Charing Cross may have what you want, he'll let you sample one to see anyway. Also you may find other herbs and spices there at a better price than you get in Tesco etc. There is also lots of Oriental and Middle Eastern stuff there which you don't see elsewhere around here, it's like Aladdins cave to me. I have a cracking Madras type curry recipe if you want it let me know. I have to tone it down to accomodate other people, a sociable curry, but it can be as hot as you like. I make a big pan and it lasts me 6 or 7 weeks with the help of the freezer.
