I have a little boy who loves the water, very confident in the water however he is not a swimmer.
I try to take him swimming myself as much as possible, but feel he would benefit from some lessons. Swimming is one of those things that I think he should know how to do before he's too old.

Does anyone know what date the next council lessons go up? Or can you recommend a good private swim coach?
I have previously been away/missed council dates and have heard they are tricky to get into?

Guinea Gap baths have an excellent swimming teacher.

He is 5, I know a few other mums that are looking for lessons too.

My niece had lessons in DW sports in Bromborough, I think the company is called 'swimtime' but I don't think they start lessons until the child is 5, hence me asking

I think there is a course at the guinea gap at the begining of November give them a bell they will twell you , you have to be quick cause the places go

I learnt to swim at Byrne Avenue as did all 3 of my daughters. Fantastic coaches although a bit scruffy - and sadly now shut (I think)
