Only a Couple of weeks to sort this,
so dont hang around.

We want to know what members want to do ?

We have come up with the following options?
Both have pro's and cons.

The Date for either will be November Saturday 12th.

Hurricane Chav : Click Me
Hurricane Chav Video : Click Me
Birthday Party : Click Me

Option 1
We can look for a Private hall.
With possibly a DJ or Kareoki ~
NO Food or Decorations.

Option 2
Combine Brithday Bash with Hurricane Chav ?
That's a Night out Camping again.
But with a Birthday theme.

Option 1
Were not going to be able to use the same hall as last time as its booked.

Advantages : Warm and not too far from home.
Disadvantages : Last orders 11pm ish.

Option 2
Its not confirmed if we can go back to the same place as last year.
But if we do he also has a spare feild where we
can make as much noise as we like.
Sanchez has asked me if i can ask him if we can have a Real Fire ?

Advantages : No Last Orders, Pretty much no rules.
Disadvantages : The distance (40 miles)
It could be cold. (We could get heat in there)
It could be wet.

Either one depending on 20 + heads between £5 - £10

This will be the last chance until next year peeps. If the cruises arnt happening out there
we may as well make our own entertainment.

Which way do you want to play it then peeps.
Option 1 or Option 2 ?

Spread the word as this needs to be resolved by the end of next week.
Then we can make the bookings etc...

Hurricane Chav was just Awesome last year.
No worrying about Taxi's to get home, tents will be within staggering distance.......

No Last orders, Drink all night long.

No inflated beer prices (24 Carlsberg £10 :go: :go:

I'm just thinkin of price, I wont be campin, I'll sleep in me car like i did at the nationals...comfier lol

money wise:

Camping - buy food, ale, disposable BBQ's, Petrol, sort a tent out if ya aint got one

Hall - Buy ale there, Pay for taxi's

Depending on the date if the outcome IS camping I'll come along like, I enjoy'd hurricane chav tons!!

I'm just thinkin on budget...or in Aggy's theme..ROLLIN ON THE CHEAP
