I'll give you 2 examples: My Dad smoked 30-40 a day (started smoking from the age of 13, initially Woodbines). He loved things like dripping sandwiches, fry ups, pies, had 1 small can of Mackies every night, was an above knee amputee & still very active. Served in the Army during WWII & lived on whatever they were given (which wasn't healthy food, especially when in Egypt). He got a medal off the Queen for 50 years service in Levers without a day off sick (he lied to them about his age when he started working there). He was 75 when he died.

My friends fiance was a keep fit fanatic, never smoked, didn't drink, didn't do drugs and ate an incredibly healthy diet. He was 28 when he dropped dead on the doorstep!

When your number is up, it's up - end of. It doesn't matter if you are a health nut or a fast food junkie.

And just to keep it on topic - nothing, because I can't eat at the moment smile

as long as it is balanced and you do the phys whats the problem....

id easily eat 3 x pork pies, bet my arteries and my heart are in a far better condition ;-)
