The Farmer's Arms, after it was delicensed in 1921 and sold to John Nicholson. It was located opposite Boathouse Lane, where Darlington's is now.

Oh , cancel that question, its just opened out thanks. Will that be same Nicholsons as the ice cream shop in Parkgate I wonder?
