FOUND IN WALLASEY VILLAGE. Does anyone know who this little girl belongs to, as you can see has a very large tumour on her bottom jaw. Is this for real?looks like neglect,the little mutt is in a right mess.
Hope this little one gets sorted, hopefully a new home where she can be looked after properly.

she was probably dumped by the owner and they need to be found and held accountable for this pups suffering

She's been like this for as long as ive known her ! She is a lovely little dog ( also called Tilly ) there is reasons why it hasnt been removed and she lives quite a normal life and is very much loved family pet. I have contacted owner and she is rushing home to see if its her ( i am 100% sure it is )

Her owner is on the way to the Dog Warden to pick her up oh right. thats great..I was told rspca had her at the clinic.. no matter as long as she's going home. I would be interested to know why the tumour cant be removed tho

I'll ask girls in work am not sure of the story 100% but she lives, eats a normal life and is a happy dog
