I have an old coin which is faded quite a lot but u can make the head out on the back an its nothing like iv ever seen b4 how and where i can go about getting it looked at is any1 on here any good with old coins if i put a pic up?

I found a few really old coins in my Dad's stuff after he died.
Some of the pennies are really thick but almost rubbed smooth, remember someone telling me years ago they wouldn't be worth anything, think you have to have some sort of collection before anyone would be interested. Would still like to try and find out if any of them are worth anything though.
