Had a piece of fresh mackeral at dinner time

handful of walnuts at 4pm.

Cauliflower and chicken breast for tea in a bit.

where you buy the mackeral mate?
fancy some for this weekend.
any tips on the cooking it would be graet am not that good when its comes to cooking fish.

Hi Morgan
Best place ive found is Morissons for Mackeral.I buy it ready prepared.Plain or chilli is delicious.
My tip is to give it a quick spray with olive oil and then get a grill really hot.Put some tinfoil on grill lightly oiled and butterfly the fillet (so both skin sides are facing up)place on grill skinside up first for 10 mins.Then turn over and repeat on other side until as you like it (another 10 normally)
Works just as well in a frying pan,just doesnt get as much of a crispy skin..
