Hi my son lent my laptop as he has smashed the screen on his! I went to use it yesterday and he has put a hard drive password on it and has forgot the password! So the laptop is useless can anyone help?

Have a word with your son and tell him to respect your property, then punish him so he knows never to do anyhing like that again ;-) Seriously I hope you get it sorted, The Dr is good and confident his shop will sort it.
