Will also get a nice ham and boil it the day before,Make some nice salads too. Waldorf salad, tomato and mozzarella salad,rice salad, etc. Followed by Lemon Posset which is very fattening but 'tis the season of good will, good cheer and fat'...
All of that can be done earlier in the day and give some 'feet up' time around 4pm.Yipee!

Note date...
Doing the stuffed salmon this year Spellbinder. Thanks for your idea.
Anyone got any special ideas they'd like to share for Boxing Day, or anytime over Christmas and New Year?
Can do salmon , as Christmas present from one family member this year is a turkey, thats so they all get a decent dinner!
