have a skoda fabia passenger side window will not go up or down when you press the switch it makes a whirring noise but the window does not move .where would be the best place to take it to get sorted & at a reasonable price

i have a astra 1600 on a 51 plate only done 53000 mls my central locking only works with key in door lock. have changed battery in key fob wont work with fob . any advice please thank you.
