Hi people i was wondering if anyone fancy,s a wiki outing to the priory ,on the 15th of sept < sunday >.It,s a heritage day so Halton Castle will be free. There is plenty to do.....

Ruins
Museum
Bird Hide
Herb Garden ,Pear Garden, picnic area etc
Priory Remains and Undercroft ...£5.60 or block booking of 15 < cheaper.Suitable for disabled and a tea- room.

Hi rambo, the opening times are 10.00 till 4.00, if we have seen and done everything , we will head home .So we could be on the road about 3.00 maybe..... a lot may depend on the blooming weather ... not a good forcast .Don,t fancy walking around in the rain allday..
