read the facts before you comment, those "chavs" wound him up and vandalised his car, they refused to move out the road and just generally being assholes. Pity he missed the other 2. 12 years is a pisstake!  get less for murder. im hoping he appeals and wins.

Banned from driving for 5 years, 12 years in prison, so the ban will not affect him in any way, as when he is released he will not be banned.
Judge thought that one through didn't he.
