Hello but of a strange one but does anyone know of an athletic track preferably a 400m one on the Wirral that is open to the public? I want to start doing a bit of Sprint training and ideally I want to do it on one of these
Thanks

Only info I can find on the Oval one says its not free. Don't know how true that is. There is one on Henry Meols school playing fields (head up the cyclepath on Reeds Lane almost opposite Cadburys back gate) but it's a bit rough. I think its red shale, not astroturf or anything.

I found out it is free to use by the public but you have to phone up prior to going to check there are no bookings at the time
