Has anyone else seen the brick type cladding on Fat Mommas restaurant in Storeton Road Prenton? I just drove passed and it seems to have all fallen off and is strewn all over the pavement. It's been coming off in bits and pieces over the last few months but obviously gave up the ghost in it's entirety, earlier this evening.

I would say Its down to the weather we`ve been having all the rain followed by a heat wave its dried out the surface cladding to quickly and its shrunk and has dis-bonded, Is this cladding only recently been done.

The brick slip cladding was done about 3 months ago, and over time small sections have been fallen off. It was fixed to sheets of plywood. It could be that the plywood was not firmly fixed, and the movement has caused the bricks to fall off.
