Hi,
Is anyone good with laptops? My daughter was watching a youtube video over the weekend and the laptop just switched off and now we can't get it back on again.
Removed the battery and tried to power it up just by plugging in the charger but nothing happens.
If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. Can travel to deliver it for repair if required.
Thanks

Does the charger have a power light on it, as it could have been running flat.

Yes, charger power light is on but nothing happens on laptop. Dropped it into L.A. System liscard today to see if they can sort it.

Sounds like it's overheated or as mark said the charging /psu is dead. Let us know what LA say.
