MoneySavingExpert’s aim has always been to cut your bills and fight your corner, including ensuring when a company doesn’t give you the product or service you expect, it should be put right. Yet complaining isn’t always easy – they often ignore or fob you off.

I've submitted two complaints to Iceland foods- yer yer I know I have said that i think they are SHITE, on other threads yet continue to occasionally shop there.

THEY ARE!!

Complaint 1- 6 Loin Lamb Chops in a mint and rosemary sauce suggests enough sauce for all diners, not just one!!!

Complaint 2 - Double Chocolate 'Secrets'- will save you the Rudey Rant, I just sent them!!!

Yes, the 2 for £10 meals advert on the tele make me drool!! Unlikely to find me in M and S though!!
