Got a lot done today as the weather has been nice Fitted my new head!!! Woohoo! haha Also managed to get one side of mirrors and trim fully sprayed. Ready for the new head to be fitted Shiney new gasket Shiney new camshaft all the way from Germany Mirror preped before painting A piccie of my interior for those who havn't seen it (what a mess! lol) Only thing I'm unhappy with is the head sits a tiny bit wonkey. its about 1.5mm out at one end. The coolant port on the head doesnt quite line up with the one on the block, but i'm hoping this shouldnt matter as I didn't want to redo it all again.

Didn't get much done today Still need quite a few parts before its running: crank sensor oil filter housing gasket cam pulley cam belt exhaust (looking at a duplex blueflame de-cat one on eBay) Induction Kit ATF Oil Electric radiator fan HT Leads + Sensor Senars only sell the cam belt and cam sensor. I'm mainly after a new cam pulley & bolt and a gasket for the oil filter housing atm, if anyone knows where I can get these from please let me know.

Putting thick black carpet in and buying full black leather interior. Fitting white plasma dials and a new steering wheel after the engines done. Hopefully getting better ice system too. Ive done it all at once as if I dont do it now, i'll never get round to doing it and also I cant afford to keep the car on the road and pay for mods

will look good with the black leather interior must be quite expensive though, Ive noiced them on ebay and everyone is after them. Think the exhaust should be okay aslong as it can hang properly it will be cheap enough to get any pipe work alterations needed to link the two sections together if needed.

Cheers Rhys
I've seen a lot of new interiors go for £500, if not less.
I'm really after M3 style seats, but they're quite hard to get hold of in decent condition.
I'll make sure I get it to hang on properly. Where do you suggest I get any pipework alterations done?
I want my cat and de-cat easily swappable, but atm the cat is connected to the downpipe so it's very akward to swap come MOT time. Where I could get a flange fitted if I cut the cat away from the downpipe?

If its the "vader" leather interior you are after from an M3 you need to get yourself to the Gaydon national BMW show next month(5 August). Last year I spotted a full interior in black for £200!!
