Is anyone having problems with their virgin tv tonight?
The picture goes all pixelated and a message comes up on screen.
According to you the virgin media forums there has been problems with channel 4 over the weekend.
I rebooted the TiVo box but the problem is still there.
Any ideas please.

Reboot works some times. If it doesn't try turning off the unit at the wall after a power down.
If its pixels, then there could be noise or corrupt packets. That basically means your no longer getting a quality signal to your home.
Try a broadband speed test. You may see your line speed is down or lower than normal.
Report the problem as you could be entitled to compensation after a period of time.

Apparently there is problems with the virgin tv and broadband in the Wallasey Village area.
An engineer is expected to fix the issue by tomorrow 22nd at 4pm.
Hope this helps others and thank for your help on this.
