9.6 If you disagree with a decision of a Forum Team member, you should email your appeal to . You must not use the chat forum to argue any decision of our Forum Team.
9.7 Any decision we make to remove or request the removal of any communication or to terminate or suspend the posting privileges of any user of the chat forms shall be final and binding. The termination or suspension of posting privileges shall apply to any and all user accounts that may have been used by that person, whether or not opened by that person.
9.8 If you are notified that your posting privileges have been suspended or terminated, you will not attempt to reregister as a user of the Chat Forum or make any posts on it in any guise whatsoever.
9.9 When former users whose posting privileges have been removed do reregister or otherwise disrupt the Chat Forum, this spoils the Chat Forum and can cause severe distress or disturbance to other users. Dealing with the unwanted posts of former users distracts us from the core purpose of the site and ties up management and technician time. Therefore in such circumstances we reserve the right to:
9.9.1 Report offenders to their ISP
9.9.2 Charge offenders for the administrative costs of identifying and removing their posts at the rate of £40 per hour necessarily spent plus any external costs that we incur.
9.9.3 Take legal action to recover these costs.
9.9.4 Report offenders to the authorities if their actions appear to amount to a breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 or any other relevant criminal legislation. - Membership Subscriptions.
10.1 Payments are in Advance via PayPal with a Membership Subscription.
10.2 Refunds / Compensation / Recurring Payments. We do not compensate or refund for an Account Status Change (Suspended or Removed), Disruption or Restriction of Service / Access. Subscriptions are Automatically set to Recurring payments by default, this is your responsibility to cancel via your pay pal account if you do not wish to pay automatically in the future. Failing to Cancel a Recurring Subscription Payment does not warrant a refund.
10.3 If the initial payment request fails, we automatically reattempt 3 days later and then 5 days after that before finally cancelling the Membership Subscription automatically.
10.4 We do not offer a service level agreement with any of our subscription services.
10.5 Upgrading a Subscription we are unable to Refund your existing Subscription.
10.6 Subscriptions are not Transferable Between Members Accounts.
10.7 The Permissions and services available to Subscription Accounts are subject to Server and Software Limitations. There maybe times that our server or software changes, result in a privilege being removed as a Service may no longer exist or Is Deemed to have a Negative impact on the server or software. - Local Traders : Advertising
12.1 All Normal Terms and Conditons Apply.
11.2 Local Trader Accounts are Required to Advertise within

11.4 Advertising is payed in Advance. (Non Refundable).
11.5 Advertsing will be removed if payment is not recieved and a Admin charge applied for reactivation. - Indemnity
12.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our directors, officers, employees and licensors from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss we may incur (including reasonable legal fees) as a result of any material that you post or transmit on our communication forums or via our comms systems, any actions you take which disrupt access to and/or the functioning of our site or any breach by you of your obligations under these Terms. - General
13.1 If any of these provisions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable that provision will be deemed severable from the rest and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on (including Community Rules Individual Forums) then the latter shall prevail. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
