Morning Anyone know of a pigeon enthusiast who could visit to collect a lovely ringed pigeon. One dark green ring one light bright green I think 3 of the numbers are 760. It's been here for 3 days & it's very cold.Please help get it home

The trouble is the dam thing wont keep still got most of Info off its ring but think need to spot at least 1 more number. Many thanks for help
