Hello,
I know this I a long shot but,
I play for a local ladies football team, at a club that also has several children’s teams. We are hoping to hold a race night, but are struggling to find prizes for the raffle and race prizes. We currently only have a pair of tranmere rovers match tickets, we have been contacting local business in the hope they might donate a prize, a club recently hosted a race night and managed to gain prizes such as a free car valet.
All we have to offer in return is free advertising on our website.
All the money we raise is going towards a new kit.
If anyone can help please let me know.
Thank you

Even buying small things like bottles of wine, whiskey and cases of beer can help go towards the prize list. You'll still make a profit even though you'd have to dip into it slightly. Try contacting a local firm who organise race-nights, I'm sure they'd have tons of advice on how to acquire prizes.
EDIT - A workmate of mine held one at the Frankby Farmers a few months back and did really well. Most of the profit came from the cash profit from the betting I seem to recall.
