Wirral school closures



MEADOWSIDE Special School in Woodchurch, which has been closed today because of a burst pipe, will re-open on Thursday.

Ridgeway High School in Prenton has been affected by flooding and will not open until Monday, January 10. Pupils had been due to return on Thursday this week.

Kilgarth School in Birkenhead has been affected by flooding and heating problems and will be closed on Wednesday, which was to have been the pupils' first day back. The school will re-open on Thursday.

TWO schools will stay closed until next week because of flooding problems.

Ridgeway High School in Prenton will be closed all this week. Pupils should return on Monday.

Meadowside Special school in Woodchurch will also now reopen on Monday.

Kilgarth school in Birkenhead will reopen today.
