The christmas period is stressful enough without realising the bin men have been at the crack of dawn and missed you out, leaving you with a full bin and another 2 week wait before the next collection so please read on.
If your GREY OR GREEN wheelie bin is usually emptied on a MONDAY then your collection day has been moved for the christmas period. Because Boxing day falls on Monday 26th Dec`11 and the bin men do not work that day, your collection day has been moved 2 days forward to Saturday 24th Dec`11 (Christmas Eve.
Please be sure to get your bin out early though because there is a good chance the bin men will wizz round real early in the hope to catch most of you out, therefore shortening their own days work.
The areas that will be effected are:
Eastham
Bromborough
Raby Mere
Barnston
Heswall
Pensby
Irby
Thingwall
Gayton
There may be other areas, if unsure just ask and ill try to get back to you.
If your bins are usually emptied on Tues, Wed, Thurs or Fri then not to worry, business as usual from tuesday 27th dec.
