HI
hoping for some help here, does anyone know of any decent solicitors that deal with property on wirral, i need to transfer my property from leasehold to freehold as the seller is willing to do this. The past 2 solicitors i have used for buying properties were completely useless and had to chase constantly and they were in no rush at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Then she decided to go it on her own, and has an excellent reputation, all tho am not sure she deals with property. I used Burd Ward recently and would recommend them highly. great communication and very cheap compared to some quotes I had, they pulled all stops to complete by a date I sat, they were Great team, and very approachable and friendly...........
