Mobile phone Sony Ericsson found in Birkenhead on Sunday morning, it has been locked. Vodafone sim inside, contact me if you know who it belongs to, they must be able to answer a few questions about the phone that only the owner will know.

To be honest, the likelihood of the owner visiting wikiwirral is slim.
As noble as your intentions are, the best course of action is to just hand it in to the police or the Vodafone shop.
