The Eggy is gone. The fabric of the building is shot, damn shame. These pub companies won't invest a penny in their stock yet expect to receive huge rent revenues. They are decimating the pub industry and wiping out hundreds of year of local history at a stroke. Expect tin shutters followed by 'luxury' apartments....
