What a cracking day, It just got better and funnier and what a day.
The journey down was a scream, with out “Notice Cards” ?
“Fancy a Bum” “Get yu tits out” “How much for the missus” and a few more, we had some really funny results, and that was a great start to a great day.
Poor Andy had a sulk on as he was at the front of the bus and didn’t get the regular seat at the back, but that was to change after the services.
“Cook the god dam fried bread will yu”
On the road loads of laughs again and before we new it we arrived with the notice signs pinned to the windows for the ticket collectors. “Do you spit or swallow” lol.
Quick look around the trade and side shows, Drift cars in action and motor crossers doing there X Games tricks high in the air. And back around to the embankment, but not before Gazza done a desert storm on Kim?
Any one for chocolate? No? Have mine “Splash”…..
And then Jet car after Jet car, Fire Force 1 and 2, and the famous vw beetle. Bike and junior dragsters, O just remembered one of the dragsters you know the long skinny ones got a little too much grip at the start and when he let it go it went straight up in the air. Wow.. not even the man on the mike had see that at Santa Pod before.
What else… A fire engine that done wheelies with the flames out the top, a Jet Truck, a Jet trike err a Jet track drier and so much more. Motorbikes hitting 6 - 7 seconds down the ¼ mile. Dragsters hitting 5 – 6 seconds with + 300 mph. O a shed and a bed racing head to head. Loads and loads of track action. All the big boys there (With money and power) ran the track a few times so they weren’t just on off runs. A Disappointing Monster Truck that just kept breaking down, but it looked awesome.
And as the sky’s darkened they only got the Jet Truck to reverse up to the Bon fire which was stupid huge, and use its power and jet force to light the bonfire. Now that’s something you don’t see everyday. And to top it of in the darkness of the night a firework display you wouldn’t believe.
All in all a fantastic day and night, and anyone who thinks they missed out they did, and yes I would seriously be there next year.
Maybe arrive about noon, so stuy would have been that itsy bitsy happier lol.
Pics to come soon.

What a craker of a day, cant belive i got the crappy front seats to start with but my foul bottom saw to that. The service station was rubbish and expensive as usual, so after eating half my terrible mush, gary and i took the liberty of letting the staff know our true feelins. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.cruisewirral.com/gallery/uploads/01/05nov/cruisewirral07017.jpg) Any ways got to the pod and the fun began, because as soon as i got out the van i look down to see marks foot wear so after laughin for a good ten mins we made our way to the stadium, class as mark said, rocket after rocket after weird thing all day long, the noise was increadible. the day flew by and before i knew it it was time to go home, but not befor getting warmed up by the bonfire lit by the ROCKET CAR, wow, just imagine vicky park s bonny goin up like that, increadible, nway, class day and lovly sky flowers to finish it off. thanks again to j for drivin and thank to every one for comin, (ps stu mac sat on the back seats on the way home between me and little j and offered to go sking)
Uncertainty or not knowing causes depression, Im happy because I know I'm going to die one day!

What a day! Wasnt happy to get up that early but you give alittle and you gain alot sometimes, funny thing was it was 6:50am i board the minibus and Gazza's already drinkin the carlsburg!
Journey there was a blast with the signs (Fancy a bum?) and i couldnt get over Webmaster and those wellys!
The drag cars were amazing and i managed to get Gazza to take some engine pics for those that are technically minded, the Valves were MASSIVE! Majority of all the drag cars where V8s with only a manifold to there name so had a very thoaty roar.
TerryGrant did a show, this time in his own Imprezza that sounds v nice with its twin side-exit exhuasts! The skill that man has is incredible.
Overall had a great day out and FAO the girls, we lads won the games on the way home! Brilliant day cant wait for the pics
Thanx to everyone that came especially Scooby

Just got logged on to reply to this.... Top day, and cheers to everyone for making it what it was The drag cars where awsome, especially the one that did a 5.something pass at 303mph Proper top fuel dragster as well, and not a jet car. The trips there and back where interesting with Farmer Marks signs (You can have them all back for your own car again now ) Cheers everyone again, especially Jay and Mark for sorting it all out
