Engine brakes suspension lsd seats bodykit saphs are none turbo cossie as you know are.
Bonnets are different on 4x4 saphs also rouse sports have a different bodykit.
Plus saphs only come in a couple of colours.
Other things that a proper ford person will know that i dont.

also on rouse 302 i think is a rwd while the rouse 304 is 4wd, the seats in a rouse are different aswell.
scoop i'd say get on passion ford as these lot will know loads more.
on the rs500 the rear spoiler has a lower one while the cosworth has not, also the rs500 has an 8injector rail with 4 injectors wired up, and grills in front bumper instead of foglights

I may be losing the plot here, but all Sierra Cosworths are Turbo'd. Saffies have 4 doors (Saloon) and the 3dr Cosworth has 2 doors and a hatch (Like the 4i, but the 3dr cossie has a single rear 1/4 window) 4WD Saffies have a vented bonnet and a slightly bigger T3 than a 2wd Saffie The 3dr's have variations between RS500 and normal 3dr cars - mainly mentioned above. The RS500 was the homologation edition for rallying and the RS500s didnt come with leather interior or sunroofs. For a bonus point, does anyone know why the 4x4 saffie had a vented bonnet and a bigger T3?

am pretty sure it was because the 4wd was the last of the line so ford decided to update the look of the car.

Well, I guess it did that as well The early 2wd cars suffered from head gasket and overheating probelms and Ford got quite a few back under warrenty. The vents where to help reduce under bonnet temps, and the bigger turbo was used to make more power at less boost and help keep engine temps lower than they where when running more boost and less power with the smaller T3s
