Having trouble sending emails.No problems receiving them but when I try to send they stay in my outbox.Can anybody please help.

What program do you use to send your emails. What device do you use. Pc, tablet, phone. Some software can trigger an offline mode if there is a problem with an internet connection. You could have blocked out going emails with a firewall. In an out use different ports so its possible. Post more info and we can help moe

We have the problem in the opposite direction, we have trouble sending emails to some French relatives, they get bounced back as undeliverable yet we receive emails from the same address ok.

ISP at the french end or Mail provider probably on a black list, or by Ip range.
