Just wondering if any one has lost a large bird with a green tag on it.It came into our garden about 3 weeks ago,and i think it is still in the area as i think I saw it again today,just thought the owner might be able to retrieve it if they have an idea were it is,
Was this a green wing tag? Could be another Marsh Harrier, though we have Hen Harriers around as well.

Yes it was a green wing tag,I thought it was more grey than the one in picture,so they dont actually belong to any one(sorry my question mark on my computer is not working).
There are more Buzzards than soft Joe round the Wirral these days . A visitor was going on about them and pointing them out all the time - Wirralians of course dont see them as at all unusual . When I visited her in mid Wales, I was doing the same sort of thing-- pointing excitedly at the numerous Red Kites which seemed much more exciting as Ive rarely seen them and their forked tails round here.
